Gluten Free Restaurant Review: Small Town

I was in Ulladulla last week for a wedding and a friend of mine suggested we go check out Small Town, a restaurant in Milton. It’s safe to say that I can’t wait to get back there because it was just delicious.

They were amazing when it came to gluten free / Coeliac options on their menu. I had the potato scallops with eel and caviar as an entree. I never thought I’d like eel but it was delicious! This dish is usually deep fried, although they told me they were happy to cook my portion in separate oil. I was happy I didn’t have to miss out on this dish!

The other dishes we had were all shared. For mains we had the lamb shoulder, beef short rib and for salads we had a zucchini, squash and goats cheese and prosciutto, apple and parmesan cheese.

For anyone visiting the south coast this Christmas break, I highly recommend checking it out! Here’s a link to their website.

I will also be leaving a link here should anyone wish to make a donation for the NSW Rural Fire Service. These fires around Australia are absolutely devastating and every $1 helps to support all the amazing work they are doing.
