Gluten Free Restaurant Review: Bea Restaurant

Prior to being isolated and unable to travel due to the recent Covid-19, we were able to sneak in one last dinner at Bea Restaurant at Barangaroo House in Sydney for my partners 30th. They were so knowledgeable in regards to what I could and couldn’t eat as a Coeliac, and made me feel very comfortable.

We ordered our meals to share so we could try a bit of everything. We had the calamari with chili and ginger, fries – which were cooked in their own oil, the broccolini which was a special that night, the eye fillet steak which was absolutely amazing and the kurobuta pork cutlet with pea and mint. For desert we ordered Bea's version of a chocolate and caramel koala, a magnum ice cream and watermelon granita with raspberry and elderflower - this was like crushed frozen watermelon and was absolutely delicious and refreshing.

I would love to go back to Bea once everyone is allowed out again and I highly recommend you add this to your list of places to go for your first date night out of isolation!
