    Gluten Free Recipe: Quinoa Muesli

    Gluten Free Muesli

    This recipe is so quick and easy to make.


    2 Cups Quinoa Flakes

    1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes

    1/2 Cup Pepitas

    1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds

    1 Cup Almonds Roughly Chopped

    1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

    1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

    1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil

    1/2 Cup Maple Syrup


    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    2. Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

    3. Spread out mixture on a tray lined with baking paper and cook for 15 mins, stir the muesli around, and cook for another 20 minutes.

    ​Enjoy with yogurt and berries.
